FREE DELIVERY TO MAINLAND UK ON ORDERS OVER £50!
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom and Europe. We aim to dispatch orders by our couriers immediately after payment has been made. In some circumstances, we may have to part dispatch if there is a problem in the order or if some products are currently unavailable and will always let you know as soon as possible if this is the case.
FREE: if goods value is over £50 excluding VAT
£2.50 Flat Rate Shipping: unless notified otherwise, a standard charge of £2.50 +VAT will be made for carriage, administration and packing, regardless of weight, price or volume. All orders are despatched by a signed-for service which will be either Royal Mail or courier.
£20+VAT delivery charge will be made for carriage, administration and packing, regardless of weight, price or volume. All orders are despatched by a tracked service via a courier.
All orders are fully insured and trackable.

Click & Collect
Customers wishing to avoid shipping costs and simply collect from our London showroom are free to do so.
How to use Click & Collect
1. Check the ‘Click & Collect’ box at checkout. This will automatically remove shipping costs.
2. All orders will be available to collect between working hours at our London showroom, we will notify you when you order is ready for collection.
3. Bring with the order receipt when coming in to collect your items, as well as the debit/credit card you used to make the purchase. Please note we will not be able to give you your order unless you produce an appropriate form of ID.
If something is damaged or incorrect, please notify us within three working days of receipt.
You must inform the office within 14 days of the date of your purchase before sending back any returns or it will not be processed. For all items bought during sales, you must inform the office within 7 days of the date of your purchase.
Certain goods can only be returned, and a credit given if the item is in a resalable condition.
All bespoke or personalised items cannot be refunded or exchanged. Lengths of fabrics or trim that have been cut from a roll are deemed bespoke items and may not be returned, unless agreed to be faulty.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the goods are faulty.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Tracked mail is the preferred returns option as Alfa-G cannot be held responsible for any lost return items.

All prices are in £ sterling and exclude UK VAT at the appropriate rate. We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Payment is taken once we have established that we can fulfil your order, checked details and stock availability and dispatched your goods.
We do not charge your credit or debit card until we dispatch your order.
